Offer terms and conditions

• Purchase any Delta Vacations air and El Cid Resorts package from any Delta Vacations origin to Cozumel, Mazatlán, or Riviera Maya, Mexico, between June 6-19, 2010, for travel June 13 – Sept 30, 2010.
• At time of reservation, you must refer to promotional code DV12105.
• Discount is valid towards all fares (subject to availability) on reservations that include a minimum of one flight on Delta Air Lines®, Alaska Airlines®, Hawaiian Airlines®, and/or KLM Royal Dutch Airlines®; reservations that include only flights on other airlines do not qualify. The hotel discount is based on the standard room charges of each of the participating hotels in Cozumel, Mazatlán, and Riviera Maya, Mexico.
• Participating hotels include: Cozumel: El Cid La Ceiba. Mazatlán: El Cid Marina Beach Hotel & Yacht Club, El Cid Castilla Beach Hotel, and El Cid Granada Country Club. Riviera Maya: Hotel Marina El Cid Spa & Beach Resort Riviera Maya.
• Discount is $50 on packages of $799 – $2,799 and $100 on packages of $2,800 or more.
• Minimum purchase of $799 per booking is required.
• Maximum discount is $100 per booking; discount is a percentage of each eligible component.
• Discount is taken off the base price. Taxes, fuel surcharges, customs and security fees, September 11th Security Fee, Passenger Facility Charges, and other fees may apply and are additional.
• Discount is not valid with Ski packages, other discounts or special status fares (such as companion, agency/industry discount, free or award tickets, web fares, senior fares or child rates); for groups of 20 or more; and is not retroactive.
• Must be purchased through Delta Vacations.
• Discount applies to qualified passengers only. Children staying free in room do not qualify for discount.
• Discount will recalculate if modifications are made to the booking.
• No refunds will be issued toward offer. Offer has no cash value. Offer void if qualifying booking is cancelled.
• Programs and availability may vary. Delta Vacations air reservations may be made up to 331 days in advance of flight departure.
